Our training and development
Ansvar Insurance firmly believes that training "will light your career pathway".
The company has a comprehensive training agenda and counsels and mentors all colleagues regarding their education and training pathway.
Our "STEPS TO SUCCESS TRAINING PLAN" sets out a Training and Education step system to ensure that our colleagues undertake the appropriate education and training in order for them to be competent in their roles with us.
We fully sponsor our colleagues to gain the required qualifications for their relevant jobs and pay incentives on the successful achievement of the required insurances qualifications.
