Liability claims can be received months or years after the event that caused the loss or injury. This is particularly so in personal injury claims involving young children.

Early notification of events which may lead to a claim provides us with the opportunity to gather facts whilst circumstances are fresh in people's minds and witnesses are available. We might also be able to offer advice on risk management or accident prevention to prevent any further loss or injury from occurring. Most importantly, by having a record of the circumstances, we are able to respond promptly to claims.
